WORKSHOP THIS SUNDAY! Strengthen your tummy muscles in effective and simple ways
Join me this Sunday 1 May 10-11.30am on zoom to learn how to strengthen your tummy.
We will look at:
how to target different abdominal muscles so that you can strengthen all the parts in a blanced way
why gripping your tummy isn’t a great idea and how breathing can help
safe exercises to do on your back
daily seated and standing tummy exercises to do when working
ways to look after your back and hips by focusing on your tummy
This will be followed by a 30 minute postural clinic where you can bring your indivudal Qs relating to any pains you’re experiencing, your posture, and/or movements.
This will be recorded and available on the MOVE AT YOUR DESK platform to watch after.
