WORKSHOP THIS SUNDAY! Strengthen your tummy muscles in effective and simple ways

Join me this Sunday 1 May 10-11.30am on zoom to learn how to strengthen your tummy.

We will look at:

  • how to target different abdominal muscles so that you can strengthen all the parts in a blanced way

  • why gripping your tummy isn’t a great idea and how breathing can help

  • safe exercises to do on your back

  • daily seated and standing tummy exercises to do when working

  • ways to look after your back and hips by focusing on your tummy

This will be followed by a 30 minute postural clinic where you can bring your indivudal Qs relating to any pains you’re experiencing, your posture, and/or movements.

This will be recorded and available on the MOVE AT YOUR DESK platform to watch after.
