Move At Your Desk
Our membership combines desk-based exercise videos to encourage more movement throughout the workday, with mat-based classes and videos to keep your body healthy when not at your desk. Sitting still for over six hours can leave your body feeling stiff and your energy low, and slotting in our bitesize movement videos into your day will change how you feel physically and mentally.
This membership offers safe and accessible ways to incorporate movement into your routine, teaching you how to move effectively while working at your desk. With on-demand sessions, you can join in whenever it suits your schedule, eliminating the hassle of adhering to a fixed timetable.

Hi, I’m Kerrie-Anne, an experienced and intuitive Pilates teacher who uses movement and what I see to get you moving and feeling better physically and mentally.
My online group classes and videos will help you to banish back-pain, get fitter and have more energy.
