Pilates At Your Desk LLP: Terms & Conditions 2023
1. Interpretation
1.1 “Pilates At Your Desk” refers to Pilates At Your Desk LLP
1.2 “Customer” refers to the company who has booked Pilates At Your Desk’s services.
1.3 The “Individual” refers to a person attending a Pilates At Your Desk service.
1.4 “Workshop” or “Workshops” refer to Pilates At Your Desk services including in-person, online and recorded video content.
1.5 “Terms and conditions” refer to this document.
1.6 Pilates At Your Desk reserves the right to change the Terms and therefore ask Customers to check the Terms regularly, prior to booking.
2. Booking
2.1 Unless agreed otherwise between the Pilates At Your Desk and the Customer, Customers are required to pay for corporate bookings in full prior to the first Workshop or session of the term, either on a rolling monthly basis, or for the agreed number of sessions up front.
2.2 Prices are agreed prior to the first session, these may change from time to time, but all bookings made prior to change in price will remain unchanged.
3. Cancellations
3.1 Workshops operate a 2 week cancellation policy. Where cancellations are made in sufficient time, credit will be added back to the relevant account, or a paid for Workshop will be ‘rolled over’ to another week. Workshops cancelled with less than 2 weeks will still incur the full fee unless exceptional circumstances.
3.2 Pilates At Your Desk cannot be held responsible for a particular session or instructor becoming unavailable. If an instructor becomes unavailable we will ensure – where practically possible – that they are replaced by another instructor. Where this is not possible, or where a session is cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances, we will issue a credit note for that Workshop. Pilates At Your Desk will not be liable for any other incurred costs or damages to the Customers from a cancellation.
4. Fitness and Health
4.1 Pilates At Your Desk advises each Individual to first seek medical advice if they have any concerns at all over their physical condition before taking part in a Workshop. Pilates At Your Desk is not able or qualified to provide medical advice.
4.2 By agreeing to these Terms and Conditions each Individual hereby confirms that they have no health problems which may affect their participation in the Workshops. It is the Individual’s sole responsibility to notify the Pilates At Your Desk before attending any session of any circumstances affecting their health. Individuals must email pilatesatyourdesk@gmail.com ahead of a session to notify of any injuries and or medical conditions.
4.3 Pilates At Your Desk reserves the right to refuse access to any Individual if it in any way doubts the health of the Individual and their ability to safely take part in the Workshop.
4.4 The Individual accepts the risk of injury from performing exercises in the Workshops. Pilates At Your Desk accepts no liability for injury to the Customer, except in so far as such injury is by law incapable of exclusion.
4.5 Women who are pregnant are welcome to join the Workshop but Pilates At Your Desk ask any pregnant women to notify Pilates At Your Desk of this prior to the Workshop taking place. The lndividual can email pialtesatyourdesk@gmail.com.
4.6 The Individual must follow the instructions given during the Workshop.
5. Data Protection
5.1 Pilates At Your Desk complies with data protection laws in relation to personal data.
5.1 Personal information including identity, contact and health history information is collected when Individuals work with Pilates At Your Desk. This is collected either through our website or in email communication directly with the Customer and/or Individual.
5.2 Pilates At Your Desk does not share personal information with any third parties.
