I discovered Pilates after experiencing persistent issues such as sciatica, neck stiffness, shoulder pain, and knee discomfort. These challenges arose after a decade as an economist and the demands of early motherhood. Determined to find lasting relief, I fell in love with the transformative power of movement. This passion led me to leave my corporate career and train with Fletcher Pilates®, where I completed the Fletcher Comprehensive Pilates Programme, the Fletcher Advanced Intensive course and a mentorship programme with Fletcher Faculty teacher Sarah Woodhouse. I continue to refine my expertise through ongoing education and practice.
Today, I specialise in posture and helping individuals and corporate teams move better, prevent pain, and enhance their overall well-being. I teach clients online worldwide and work in person across the UK, supported by a team of expert instructors in the UK, New York, and Sydney. I am also the author of Move More At Your Desk, a guide to integrating movement into daily work life, available on Amazon.
Pilates provides the tools to create freer, more efficient movement in the body. It helped me overcome ongoing pain, and now I help others do the same. My mission is to make movement accessible, practical, and an essential part of daily life, especially at work. This commitment led me to create Pilates At Your Desk, now evolving into Move At Your Desk, to help professionals stay active, comfortable, and energised throughout their workday.
