Move At Your Desk membership is the one-stop solution to moving more during the working day. Yes an hour at the gym is wonderful but if you are relatively still for 6+ hours while you work, your body will crave more movement.
We should be moving our bodies every 20-30minutes for a couple of minutes each time. With our busy and stressful lives it can be difficult to make time to move and indeed to know how to move when we do it.
This membership is designed especially to get you moving more in a safe and accessible way, and teach you the ways in which your body needs to move while you work at your desk. You can move with us whenever you want without the burden of having to fit within our timetable as all sessions are available on demand for your convenience.
