“Having fallen into middle age and still trying to play competitive sport I was managing by aches and pains week by week. I’d been quite anti-Pilates coming from an era of “that’s not what blokes do”. Mildly dubious and with nothing to lose I started Pilates with Kerrie-Anne once a week. A year later and it’s a permanent fixture for me. Kerrie-Anne’s been very attentive to my individual needs and has tailored classes around what I wanted to achieve and improve. Outside of “engaging” muscles and a core I did not know I had, I’m playing competitive sport more, have less injury free and generally stronger and happier.”

“Having never tried Pilates before I was a little sceptical about how much it could actually do for me but I had been told it was a great way to ease back pain and help with postpartum issues so I thought I would give it a go.
Thank goodness I did! I now literally can’t imagine my life without Pilates and that’s largely down to the wonderfully talented, brilliant, funny, knowledgable and personable instructor, Kerrie-Anne.
Two girlfriends and I meet weekly (originally in the flesh but now over zoom) and spend an hour with Kerrie-Anne who tailors the class to our specific needs, exploring a full range of body movement (who knew this was so important!). I also attend a group session on a Saturday morning which is a great way to start the weekend.
KA is so particular about form and can even spot over zoom when I am holding tension somewhere or standing too much in one foot so it hasn’t really affected us moving the classes online. In fact the classes were something I longed for each week during lockdown as KA always knew how to get us feeling energised & revitalised all with a highly infectious big smile on her face. KA amazes me with her knowledge of the anatomy and muscle groups and can always help me solve body niggles, aches & pains - she’s a miracle worker and I absolutely love my sessions with her.
I have been working with Kerri-Anne for nearly 18 months now and i can honestly say over that time my back has caused me little pain and my pelvic floor and body has fully recovered from having given birth to two children. Thank you KA for your ongoing support and for being awesome.”

“I have been doing a weekly Pilates class with Kerrie-Anne for three years now.
I enjoy Pilates because the benefits in terms of wellbeing are huge. Before starting I suffered from arthritic pains in my knees, and a recurring back pain. Neither were debilitating, but they have completely gone now, and my health is the best it has been for many years.
I enjoy classes with Kerrie-Anne because she shows great attention to detail and focus on what is happening to my body each week, which varies over time. She always has a positive approach as problems occur.
Apart from her professionalism as a Pilates teacher, she is good company and the hour each week just flies by. This year we have transferred to online sessions, which are just as effective and enjoyable. This is one thing the pandemic has not destroyed - maybe even improved.”

“My virtual PAYD sessions with Kerrie-Anne were game-changing. Such a big change in my posture from such a small investment - and as a freelancer hunched over a laptop I found her help invaluable. Go book a lesson. You won’t regret it.”
