March Round Up:

March has been a fast-paced month for Pilates At Your Desk, with in-person and virtual workshops, PAYD weekly programmes, MAYD Memberships, Book Launches and Podcasts. Here is the monthly roundup for March.

March started on a high as Kerrie-Anne launched her first book Move More At Your Desk on 8th March. To celebrate the launch of her first published book Kerrie-Anne hosted a book launch party on the 15th March at the Martinez London. You can read about this here.

Meanwhile PAYD has been busy as ever this month, teaching PAYD movements in-person and virtual workshops to different teams wanting to move better and more! This month the team at The Educational Company of Ireland have been embracing the PAYD moves by taking part in the PAYD weekly programme. Meanwhile the team at Torbay Council have been taking part in PAYD workshops and have been putting their MAYD memberships to good use. VTS was among the different businesses that PAYD has been working with this month.

In March our monthly workshop on the Move At Your Desk membership page focused on looking at ways one can improve their walking and running. When it was time for the Q&A to take place at the end of the workshop, we were lucky enough to be joined by foot expert Verity Bell which led to some very insightful discussions within the workshop. Some of the discussions covered

  • Movements for Bunions

  • Hip Pain

  • Strengthening Feet

  • Protecting Knees

As a result of seeing how successful and helpful this workshop was, a daily foot and leg video will be uploaded to the MAYD membership page later today. Also keep an eye on the membership page to see when our next monthly workshop will be, and make sure to register your interest!
