IMPROVE HOW YOU WALK & RUN WORKSHOP

SUNDAY 27TH MARCH @ 10-11.30AM UK TIME ON ZOOM

How do you feel after a long walk or run? Do parts of your body ache unnecessarily so? Perhaps you feel strain on your knees, hips and/or back? Maybe you would like to be more efficient when you walk/run? Improve your technique? This is the workshop for you:

Sunday 27th March 10-11.30am I am hosting a workshop that will teach you:

  • how to stand to improve your posture to help you when moving

  • standing Piilates exercises to do to improve how you walk and run

  • exercises to do before/after a long walk/run

  • why toes matter and how to use them properly (this section will be led by Verity Bell a gait and breath specialist)

  • how to use a chair as a prop for exercise

  • breathing techniques you can use to be more efficient

There will be a 30 minute postural clinic for Q&A after the 1h movement section where you can ask questions for 121 advice. If you can not make the live session, you can email questions ahead of time.

A 10-minute daily routine will be provided on the Move At Your Desk membership platform after the workshop for you to do daily. This is guarenteed to make a difference.
