Schedule some movement breaks into your work diary
There is a HUGE difference between not moving at all while you work and moving a little bit. At the very least you will notice a decrease in the aches and pains you experience.
Your spine hates stillness so lets not get on its nerves! How about popping two movement breaks into your work calendar each day next week? I would recommend a 3 minute one in the morning and one in the afternoon.
