What services do we offer as of October 2021?
Things have changed so much over the last couple of years. Pre-covid, PAYD was mostly in person. Helping employees in offices to sit and stand better, and to move more when working at a desk.
Our workshops were popular and sometimes I found myself travelling across London to fit in 4 workshops a day. I even taught 2 workshops in Jersey in the morning and 2 in London late afternoon!
Then working from home became the new norm and the demand for PAYD went through the roof. Less incidental movement and less-than-ideal seating options meant that people were experiencing more desk-related aches and pains. I saw a massive increase in requests for workshops focussing on back pain and sore necks!
Now we are in a new phase - one where people spend some time WFH and the rest in the office. What does this mean for Pilates At Your Desk?
First up, we are still offering all online corporate wellbeing services. This includes our signature Pilates At Your Workshop, postural clinics, regular PAYD classes, and bespoke mini-workshops for things like team meetings, away days, wellbeing weeks and more.
We are also offering these services in person in London and other parts of the UK. Or, if you wish to join the likes of Standard Chartered Bank and Burges Salmon, we can host an online workshop where people in the office join together and people WFH join remotely.
All of these options work really well and still achieve the same result: bodies that feel less achey and tense, and happier minds too!
