February Roundup: Who’s recently been PAYD?

The past month has been very busy for PAYD in the workplace front. We have taught in-person workshops at BrandMe and Putney High School, as well as virtural workshops and wellbeing programmes to PayPal, Torbay Council, Specialist Risk International, Ocado, Radcliffe Chambers, The Educational Company of Ireland (EDCO), and The Society and College of Radiographers.

We are running longer movement programmes for a few clients at the moment includidng Torbay Council and EDCO who are hosting a series of PAYD sessions where each time we introduce new moves. Both are also signed up to the Move At Your Desk membership so that the team can keep up with movement between sessions. Making sure that they are moving well by moving along to videos with me and then asking any follow up questions during our live sessions.

This month we’ve had lots of questions on hypermobility, hip pain, how much movement is enough, how to stop jaw clenching, lower back pain, and a good dollop of shoulder-related asks too!

This month marked 2 years since we started our ongoing partnership with Living Well Consortium offering 2 sessions per week to thier service users. These sessions are free to join and always very energising and fun.

With Move More At Your Desk the book being published next week (8th March) it is sure to be another busy month for PAYD. We will keep you posted!
