Move At Your School Desk

Move At Your School Desk is a programme for schools consisting of seated and standing movement workshops and videos delivered by Kerrie-Anne Bradley of Pilates At Your Desk.

Exam stress, anxiety, low energy and a low mood are some of the wellbeing issues both physically and emotionally faced by students at school today. This can affect how students perform both academically and socially.

Move At Your School Desk has curated a programme consisting of fun and simple movements and breathing techniques which will improve how students feel mentally and physically.
