The key is that you want to actively be moving your body in as many diverse ways as possible while making sure to engage in movements that counteract the positions you tend to hold during the day. For instance, if you spend a lot of time sitting, your hips will be flexed for prolonged periods. Therefore, it is essential to ensure that you mobilize the hips by moving your leg bones inside their hip sockets and, importantly, incorporate exercises that counter the flexed position by extending the hips instead.
