We will look at how to incorporate subtle PF strengthening and mobilising exercises into the working day. I will explain how it’s not as simple as a weak or strong pelvic floor and we will look at how other parts of your body play a role too.
I will show you some movements for keeping your body strong and pain-free and there will be a lot of time for Q&A too.
This is a free event limited to 100 women. A recording will be sent to all who register.
