Weekly sessions for team at PwC

We have just completed 16 weeks of 2 weekly sessions online for a global team at PwC. We offered a Monday eve and Wednesday morning session to cater for different time zones. Each week attendees would join Kerrie-Anne for a full-body session of energising and pain-busting seated and standing moves. The sessions progressed over time and by the end, MAYD movers were noticing that they felt stronger and more aligned too.

"I enjoyed attending the sessions of Pilates at Your Desk with Kerrie-Anne, which were fun and easy to do. We got to move at our workspace during the 30 min session, which was helpful for sitting too long at the desk. Kerrie-Anne was also cheerful and welcomed any feedback from us. I asked if she could give some tips on relieve lower back and shoulder back pain and she modified her session that day to address my request. By mid-way of the whole program, I realized that I could move up to a more intensive session when being a regular MAYD attendee. So Kerrie-Anne added a few difficult moves to her session that I felt the positive effects the next day.”

A course of weekly sessions is a great way to show your employees that you are committed to improving their physical and mental wellbeing in the workplace. It gives those who attend the opportunity to see progress in energy levels, mood, posture and a massive reduction in aches and pains. It is also an opportunity to create new movement habits which is extremely important for longer term wellbeing!
