Pelvic floor dysfunction is something that at least 25% of women will suffer with throughout their lives (and that rate doubles if you have a baby!)

Like many female health issues (don’t get us started!) it isn’t talked about enough and there isn’t enough information out there that is easily accessible.

We want to make pelvic floor health simple, accessible and easy to factor in to your day to day life.

We want you to know that pelvic floor dysfunction and a lack of understanding about your pelvic floor is common, but it doesn’t need to be your new normal.

In this 90 minute workshop we will delve into a new way to approach pelvic floor health where you will learn

How to improve your pelvic floor health without doing kegels

Our favourite exercises for the pelvic floor (and why functional movement is a pelvic floor exercise)

Why taking a full body approach is the answer to good pelvic floor health
