Move At Your School Desk

Exam stress, anxiety, low energy, poor posture, a lack of confidence, inability to focus, sports injuries and low mood. These are some of the wellbeing issues faced by students at school today. This can not only impact how they feel emotionally and physically, but also how they do academically and socially.

Move At Your School Desk is a programme of seated and standing movement workshops and videos. A series of fun, simple movements and breathing techniques which improve how students feel mentally and physically.
