Hip and disc related pain gone, thanks to MAYD
I recently received some wonderful feedback from an MAYD Member. Her words present precisely what we aim to deliver with the MAYD package and I couldn’t put it better myself…
“I love my MAYD membership and Kerrie-Anne's classes. I've always had back problems and have had setbacks a few times…
“Kerrie-Anne is a great and lovely teacher, I love her classes. Although I take these classes virtually via zoom, it feels like I'm actually in the same room with everyone, as Kerrie-Anne will be checking our postures and will call out corrections to different people individually. (nothing escapes her eye!)
At the start of class she always asks if there's anything we would like to work on, or if there's anything that we're having any struggle with on our bodies. And then she makes sure that in the exercises we do that session we are addressing any of the issues called out.
Kerrie-Anne's energy and sunshine disposition are also super contagious! After each class I feel well physically and in a great mood to end my day.
For those extra pilates classes I might need sometimes, with MAYD membership we also have included access to a huge list of recorded courses that we can replay and do on our own. All this has just made me feel very well generally, and not afraid of a pain that might suddenly show up.

PS it was so funny that while you were away last week, the very first class I chose had some corrections you were calling out to me specifically! And again I was making the same mistake I think, as I corrected myself. For a minute I wasn't sure if it was a live class! Hehe.”
