Client Focus: Embracing Hybrid Working At Ocado

Yesterday Kerrie-Anne thoroughly enjoyed teaching a PAYD workshop session to the head office at Ocado, where hybrid working has been fully embraced with employees working from the office, some working from home, and Kerrie-Anne teaching the workshop virtually.

The one hour workshop involved 45 minutes of movement in which Kerrie-Anne said the energy was fab, followed by a 15 minute Q&A where the team at Ocado had the chance to ask Kerrie-Anne questions about any specific aches and pains they may be experiencing.

During the Q&A section, an individual at Ocado asked for some exercises that are good for the diaphragm and chest. Kerrie-Anne explained that big breaths are your go-to and demonstrated some options for this. She also demonstrated some chest stretches noting that the front of chest can become quite tight because of how we position our arms when working at a computer.

Another great question asked by an individual at Ocado was around movements that you can do when you only have a couple of minutes. Kerrie-Anne explained that the movements shared at the workshop are intended to be a toolkit and that we should be moving frequently and in varied ways!
