Kerrie-Anne will be hosting 2 live PAYD sessions on the 8th March to celebrate the launch day of her new book and International Women’s Day.

12PM LIVE ON INSTAGRAM: Join Kerrie-Anne and Watkins Publishing at 12pm on Instagram for a Q&A where she will be answering movement and postural questions from the Watkins team.

8PM LIVE ON INSTAGRAM: Kerrie-Anne will be offering an online movement session live on Instagram covering all the body parts from a strength and flexibility perspective, towards the end of her Instagram live, viewers will have the chance to receive a postural assessment from Kerrie-Anne and have any questions they may have answered.
