I recently received a lovely email from Joanne Salmon asking to interview me about Pilates At Your Desk.

Joanne is a virtual assistant with a wealth of experience as a PA in the legal sector. After having children she decided to set up as a virtual assistant and offers admin support and help to small businesses and freelancers.
